In Alice's Adventure in Wonderland the Cheshire Cat teaches one of the most important lessons in lifestyle in the space of about 10 seconds.
"Would you tell me please which way I ought to go from here?"
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to" said the Cat.
"I don't much care where. . ."
"Then it doesn't matter which way you go," said the Cat.
Lifestyle- take a picture, either still fram description or literal if applicable. Your lifestyle is a result of your choices up until this point.
Are you "where" you want to be?
Did you, like Alice choose to not define this ahead of time?
Empower yourself for change. Go through your house, go through your vehicle, go through your conversations of others, go through your time you spend, go through your associations, go through your library. Be an observer of these things, non-judgemental, just observing. Take a snapshot.
You can decide today what your lifestyle is. You can answer the Cat tommorow where you want each of these areas to be. It is all a choice.
The biggest lesson of the Cheshire Cat is if you don't have a clear direction for any of the areas of life you are just blown by the winds of circumstance. This hardly seems productive to me, but then you just may enjoy living like Alice who had to wait for crisis in order to make changes.
